We don't have a Christmas dinner on Christmas. We celebrate with my husbands family on Christmas Eve, and just have a ton of food! Nothing to sit down with, just lots of things to pick and choose....mini hot dogs in the crock pot, cheese and crackers, sweets. You name it, we have it. :)

It's ham for Christmas eve dinner. (That way Christmas day is more low-key, and we can just do left-overs.)

I'm having trouble posting here - but in synopsis, for years the biggest Christmas Day meal for us was breakfast. We always had an egg/sausage (became veggie sausage when my parents went veggie over a decade ago) and a cheese grits casserole (we are Southerners!) Love me some cheese grits!!!!

Following you, too - finally! I think you have my email, which is a government address so I'd rather not post for all to see, but I will certainly do so if you don't still have it. Thanks! :)

We break the tradition of Christmas dinner in our home and opt for Christmas Breakfast. The main course for that meal is Biscuit & Gravy.
