The mandatory question is, what is your main course on Christmas Day?
At our house we celebrate Christmas, Swedish style on Christmas Eve with a big delicious smorgasbord, love it! On Christmas Day I've been making a roasted chicken but I might change it up this year and do a baked salmon instead.

MMmm sounds yummy! This will be my first Christmas making dinner for my husband and I! The kids look adorable in the holiday outfits! Baked salmon sounds like a good choice!
