At our house we celebrate Christmas, Swedish style on Christmas Eve with a big delicious smorgasbord, love it! On Christmas Day I've been making a roasted chicken but I might change it up this year and do a baked salmon instead.

Ghirardelli giveaway
My favorite Christmas candy recipe is so simple. My mom always made these for us growing up.
Melt a bar of favorite Ghirardelli chocolate (I use double boiler). Shape marzipan in to square logs and spread the melted chocolate all over, you’ll be able to do the 4th side once the others have hardened. To speed up you can pop in the freezer for a minute. Slice half inch pieces and serve with coffee or iced Baileys. Or hot cocoa for the little ones. DIVINE!

50 free holiday cards from Shutterfly - oh how I want them!
Every year I send out 100+ Christmas cards. This in addition to Easter and Halloween cards. Usually I also make birthday party invitations and Valentine's cards too from Shutterfly. I've ordered playing cards, photo calendars and photo books and mouse pads, collage posters, tons of note cards and thank you cards. Wow! Most of my family lives outside the US so I always look for creative stylish ways to keep them up-to-date with my family.
Not to mention thousands of copies of photos I have had printed through Shutterfly...make sure you have a Shutterfly account, it's very easy to set up, then just go to: http://www.shutterfly.com/upload-pictures. There are great discounts if you're like me, and take a ton of photos - and you love them all and want them all in the albums :)
I have ordered from other sites too, like Snapfish and Tinyprints, but I always come back to Shutterfly.

Rohto® Eye Drops
Yay! I really need these drops and I am so excited to have gotten word that I won this giveaway ! My kids have been sick with a chest cold/croup for the past 2 weeks and I have gotten very little sleep leaving my eyes (and the rest of me!) looking really tired. Maybe I'll look as rested as I did on our beach vacation this summer....*wishful thinking*...

I received four bottles of the Rohto® Eye Drops - wow! I've only tried the Arctic one so far, and honestly, it felt like I poured mouthwash straight in the eye. It was so minty and I was unable to open my eyes for like a minute. Once the initial "arctic" feeling went away, my eyes felt fine and they looked really bright. Have to admit that I'm a little hesitant to use the product again....
